Fox Valley Medical Centre is relocating

New facilities, new name, same faces...

Fox Valley Medical & Dental Centre is moving from our current location to brand new premises within Sydney Adventist Hospital on Monday October 28 and will reopen as San GP Centre.

Our new address will be:

San Clinic Tulloch
Suite 202, 185 Fox Valley Road
WAHROONGA 2076.

Our contact numbers will remain the same, and our email will be sangp@sah.org.au. 

There is easy access to our new home from the main Hospital carpark.

Located in the heart of Sydney Adventist Hospital, the new San GP Centre will offer you and your family the convenience of a GP practice, state-of-the-art diagnostic services, and access to Sydney’s leading medical professionals under one roof. 

To facilitate this move, Fox Valley Medical & Dental Centre will be closed from Wednesday October 23 to Sunday October 27. During this period, you will be able to make future appointments online via HotDoc only. For emergencies dial 000. Our after-hours service will remain available at 13 74 25.

We will resume our services in our new premises at 8.00am on Monday October 28 and can't wait to welcome all our current and new patients to our new home.
