Dr Samiei-Sarir has been a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist (FRANZCOG) since 2015. Dr Samiei-Sarir completed her training at Westmead Hospital, she completed a 2 year laparscopic fellowship as well being a senior registar at Westmead Hospital. Dr Samiei-Sarir is an active member of the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (RANZCOG), is involved in teaching of trainees and is one of the training supervisors. Dr Samiei-Sarir has a special interest in teaching and is involved in many teaching programs such as PROMPT and FONT and running workshops for trainees and colleges. Dr Samiei-Sarir is currently a staff specialist at Westmead Hospital running a busy antenatal and gynaecology clinic and has a private practice at Sydney Adventist Hospital. Dr Samiei-Sarir's areas of specialty and interest are (but not limited to) - high risk pregnancy, minimally invasive surgery (laproscopy), urogynaecology (prolapse), abnormal uterine bleeding and fibroids, abnormal pap smear and colposcopy.
