Profile
Dr Michael Strong is an Orthopaedic Surgeon subspecialising in Hand, Wrist and Peripheral Nerve Surgery. He graduated from the University of Newcastle and completed orthopaedic surgical training across multiple large training hospitals in NSW and ACT. After becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) and the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) Dr Strong completed two years of vigorous hand and wrist surgical fellowships as part of the Post-Fellowship Education and Training (PFET) program through the Australian Hand Surgery Society.
Dr Strong has developed an interest in managing hand and wrist trauma, in particular fractures and injuries around the wrist.
